Following Cam Skattebo’s 2025 NFL Combine Journey

All eyes are on Arizona State running back Cam Skattebo as he heads to the 2025 NFL Combine in Indianapolis this weekend. Skattebo, the only Sun Devil invited to the combine, is generating significant buzz among scouts and analysts eager to see how his skills translate to the next level.  

Skattebo’s performance at the combine is crucial. Despite a record-breaking season at ASU, he has only two years of FBS data for NFL teams to evaluate, making his combine performance even more critical. Experts are particularly interested in his 40-yard dash time and how he measures up against other running backs in agility drills. Several draft analysts have weighed in on Skattebo’s potential. Daniel Jeremiah compared him to a “shrunk-down James Conner,” highlighting his aggressive running style. Bucky Brooks believes a strong combine performance could convince teams to view him as a primary back.
